Important Information for Volunteers:

New School Procedures require that volunteers who will be in the presence of students fill out a Volunteer Application and Confidentiality Agreement and turn it in to the principal's office. In addition, any volunteer who may have a duty that could require them to be alone with a student or students ( for example chaperons on a trip, or working on uniforms in the uniform room etc.) must also fill out a Williamson County Schools Volunteer form (for background check) and be fingerprinted. The form may be turned in and fingerprints taken at the Williamson County Administration Building. These items are not required if you are volunteering in a position that doesn't require contact with students (i.e. working in the concession stand )

Please note that there is a $40 charge for the background check. Band Booster Volunteers are requested to keep their receipts and turn them in to the Band Boosters for reimbursment.

July 31 - Start of Band Camp - Band Camp schedule is July 31 and August 2 - 4 , 8:00 am until 8:00 pm. Augus 5th 8:00 - 6:00 pm (Band Blast)

August 5th - Band Blast 6:00 - Students will perform what they have learned during Band Camp. Parents be sure to arrive before 6:00 to make sure you do not miss the performance. Following the performance will be a dinner catered by Shane's Rib Shack. Cost is $7.50 per person (Band Students are free)

August 5th - Deadline for T-shirt sponsors. Please contact Wayne Mann at lwmann@united.net for more information.

August 20 - First Home Football game - A fundraising dinner will be served before the game from 5:00-7:00

August 28th- The First Annual Page Music Festival - Performers Currently Scheduled include Terenna Hope and Brian Mann, Kelsey Muse, Tonja Rose and Beaker Street Blues Band. The Festival will be held at the Peytonsville Baptist Church and Peytonsville Volunteer Fire Dept. Gates open at 3:00 and the music begins at 4:00 Cost is $5.00 in advance and $7.00 at the gate with a $20 maximum for a family. Food, Drinks and Craft vendors will be on site.
