Important Information for Volunteers:

New School Procedures require that volunteers who will be in the presence of students fill out a Volunteer Application and Confidentiality Agreement and turn it in to the principal's office. In addition, any volunteer who may have a duty that could require them to be alone with a student or students (for example, chaperones on a trip, or working on uniforms in the uniform room, etc.) must also fill out a Williamson County Schools Volunteer form (for background check) and be fingerprinted. The form may be turned in and fingerprints taken at the Williamson County Administration Building. These items are not required if you are volunteering for a position that does not require contact with students (e.g., working in the concessions stand).

Please note that there is a $40 charge for the background check. Band Booster Volunteers are requested to keep their receipts and turn them in to the Band Boosters for reimbursment.
